I have just come to the end of delivering one of my 6 week courses. 2 ladies were from South Africa and we have had a lot of fun swapping recipes. Bobotie has been a favourite of mine for over 30 years (details on my recipe page) but I was very thrilled to be given a whole milk tart – or Melktert as it is known over there. The bottle of JC le Roux will go down very well any time now!
