Twice baked goats cheese and sweet leek souffles

Free-range chicken liver parfait with white wine and thyme

Shropshire fillet of beef with claret and shallot gravy

Breast of Spring chicken Chasseur with tarragon and mushrooms

Fillet of Sea bass with sorrel and spring herb salsa verdi

served with fresh seasonal vegetables
