Family celebration dinner 20 guests

 

Starters

Local goats cheese double-baked souffle with roast beetroot salad

Crab and watercress pastries with lemon hollandaise

Free-range chicken liver parfait with white wine and thyme

home-made breads and toasts

 

Main Course

Shropshire fillet of beef with claret and shallot gravy

Cutlets of new season’s lamb in a lemon and rosemary marinade

Breast of organic chicken with fresh herb, apple and pancetta stuffing

Wild sea bass with salsa Verdi

served with fresh seasonal vegetables

 

Puddings

Apricot and pistachio tart with Chantilly cream

Strawberry and elderflower panna cotta with little biscuits

Hot chocolate fudge cake with cream or ice-cream

 

Tea and coffee

 

 

The cost – £29.50 per head for full menu. £18.00 per head for children under 12 having 2 courses. No deposit required but I do ask for payment on the night – cash or cheques made out to Milly’s Menus. I shall give you the bill at the end of the meal.

Please let me have details of your choices three weeks before the event. Do feel free to question or ask for changes to be made. Either phone to chat things over or contact me by Email. Please also give me your mobile number in case of emergencies.

What to expect – I shall arrive about an hour before the meal to lay the table and prepare. I’ll serve you and clear away each course then go after offering you coffee and loading the dishwasher. It is very helpful if the dishwasher and workspace could be reasonably clear by the time I arrive.

Important – It is vital that you tell me of any food allergies or dietary requirements at the time of confirming your order and make it very clear to which guest (and dishes) restrictions apply.

Any changes to numbers must be told to me no later than three days before the occasion in order to avoid a charge.
