Coronation Chicken

Medium rare roast sirloin with horseradish cream and pickles

Honey glazed ham with mustard and pickles

Traditional long pork pie with mustard and pickles

Main Hot Dishes  £4.00 per head

Lamb bobotie (mildy curried baked dish with almonds and apricots)

Moroccan chicken with lemon and olives

Beef lasagne

Spinach and feta fillo pie (v)

 

Extras   £1.50 per head

Local butcher’s sausages

Pork and apple sausage rolls

Mini savoury tarts (v)

 

   Home made breads/butter £15.00

 

Salads £2.00 per head

Summer herb rice and mixed grain and toasted seeds

Mixed bean and local asparagus with orange and hazelnuts

Shropshire new potato salad

 

Puddings  £3.50 per head

Passionfruit and almond roulade

Summer fruit Pavlova

Gin and tonic cheesecake

Selection of local and border cheeses with crackers etc £40.00

 

Example of costings based on a typical selection might look like this:

 2 main dishes                                                                        £160.00

 2 extras                                                                      £60.00

 2 salads                                                                      £80.00

Breads                                                                         £15.00

 2 puddings                                                                 £70.00

Cheeseboard                                                              £40.00

 

Total                                                                           £425.00

 

This price is based on delivery of the food late afternoon/early evening so that any hot dishes can be heated up and kept warm in the oven. Exact timings to be confirmed but I could be there as early as 4.00 or as late as 6.00pm.

 I would lay out the buffet and exit the property, leaving you to serve yourselves.

Alternatively, if you would like me to stay to help with serving, clearing away, washing up dishes, loading the dishwasher and leaving after serving coffee then I would charge an additional £50.00 for my time.
