Treacle rolled tenderloin of pork with pancetta, spinach and pinenut stuffing

Winter pavlova with blackcurrants and cassis

Chocolate and hazelnut tart with stem ginger ice cream

Limoncello panna cotta with quince glaze and little biscuits
