Wedding menu for October 2020

Starters
Goats cheese double baked soufflés with spiced apple
Sticky duck salad with orange and fennel
Hot-smoked salmon pate
home-made breads and toasts

Main Course
Beef Wellington with mushroom and Madeira gravy
Marinated rump of Marches lamb with wine and redcurrant jus
Stuffed breast of Shropshire free range chicken with cider gravy
Allotment vegetables

Puddings
Autumn raspberry and almond meringue roulade
Salted chocolate and caramel tart with crème fraiche
Vanilla panna cotta with saffron poached pears

Tea and coffee
The cost – £30 per head for full menu or £24.00 per head if you select just one option per course.
