Hello Milly, Hope all is well with you. I thought I would send you a quick note to thank you for my breadmaking day. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Since your class my bread has been so much better and even edible, you made it seem so easy and I am not frightened by making bread anymore. The class has given me more confidence and well worth going to. So thank you again.

Just a note to say how much I enjoyed this yesterday’s session.I now feel I can go shopping knowing what I’m going to cook and, more importantly, how to cook it!
