 Early Spring Menu  2016

7.30pm   12 adults


double baked goats cheese soufflés with buttered leeks and thyme
                  free-range chicken liver and sloe gin pate
                                    with salad, home-made breads and toast

                                         Main Course

                                                       Local fillet steak with a porcini and red wine gravy
                                     braised breast of organic chicken with a spring herb ricotta , lemon and pancetta
                                            spicy sweet potato and coconut pancakes with coriander sauce
                                                                  with fresh seasonal veg


                                                         Vanilla panna cotta with champagne rhubarb and fresh ginger coulis
                                                Salted chocolate tart with creme fraiche

                                                  Tea or Coffee
